International Orders have a flat rate fee of $25:

We offer a flat fee of $25 for all international orders.

USA ORDERS: We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Depending on the state you live in, orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship with DHL for international orders and they usually arrive within 3-10 business days. Certain countries take longer than others. But most of the world is less than 7 days.

Please contact us immediatley after your order has been placed and we will try our best accommodate your request. If the item has already been shipped then you will need to process a return. (see returns page)

You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

The courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please use our contact form if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.

Please use our contact form for any return request. If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Our policy is the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any ‘sympl’ product. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.

• Refund must be made within 14 days.
• Items must NOT be USED, OPENED, ALTERED, or DAMAGED.
• Items must be in their original unopened packaging to be returnable.
• All returned items must be confirmed by a Sympl team member ahead of time for the return to be valid. Please do not just ship an item back to us without any confirmation email.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

No, all sale items are final and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.

Please provide us with the name and location of your store, pictures of your shop (if possible), and your website domain on the wholesale registration form listed below. Someone will get back to you within 24 hours and approve you for wholesale pricing and order forms.

If you are an online business, please specify the full URL of your website in the “Company/ Business” space on the registration form. Please provide us with the name and location of your store, pictures of your shop (if possible), and your website domain on the wholesale registration form listed below. Once you are approved you will have access to the wholesale website with wholesale prices, and can make all orders and payments online.
